Terms & Conditions
AFS Global Limited (hereafter referred to as “The Company”) is offering the “FIFA World Cup Promotion” campaign (hereafter referred to as the “Promotion”) for eligible traders on the amana app (hereafter referred to as “Customers”).
1. Promotion Period
The Promotion will run from June 11, 2026 until July 19, 2026.
Predictions must be submitted no later than July 5, 2026. No entries will be accepted after this date.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to new and existing amana app customers.
To be eligible, participants must:
• Hold a verified amana account.
• Submit a FIFA World Cup winner prediction through the amana app by July 5, 2026.
• New customers must deposit a minimum of USD 1,000 during the Promotion Period.
• Existing customers must top up their account value to a minimum of USD 1,000 during the Promotion Period.
• Complete at least one trade between June 11, 2026 and July 19, 2026.
• Maintain an account value of at least USD 1,000 when no positions are open. Account value may fall below USD 1,000 while positions remain open.
• If the winner(s) don’t use their trading bonus after 90 days from receiving it, amana has the right to withdraw the bonus.
Introducing Brokers (IBs) and their referred clients are not eligible to participate.
META accounts are not eligible — participation is only via the amana app.
3. How To Participate
To enter the Promotion, eligible customers must:
• Open the amana app.
• Submit their prediction for the team they believe will win the FIFA World Cup.
• New customers must deposit at least USD 1,000.
• Existing customers must top up their account value to at least USD 1,000.
• Complete at least one trade during the Promotion Period.
• Maintain an account value of at least USD 1,000 when no positions are open. Account value may fall below USD 1,000 while positions remain open.
4. Prediction Rules
• Each customer may submit only one prediction.
• Predictions cannot be changed, edited, or withdrawn once submitted.
• Customers who fail to submit a prediction on or before July 5, 2026 will not be eligible.
• Only predictions submitted through the designated in-app promotion will be considered valid.
5. Prize Pool
• The total prize pool for the Promotion consists of USD 1,000,000 in trading bonus credits.
• Trading bonus credits are non-withdrawable.
• Customers who correctly predict the FIFA World Cup winning team and satisfy all eligibility requirements will share the prize pool equally.
• The individual prize amount will depend on the total number of eligible winners.
• The maximum trading bonus awarded to any individual customer shall not exceed USD $100,000.
6. Winner Determination
Eligible participants who correctly predict the official FIFA World Cup winning team will qualify as winners.
The winning team will be determined based on the official result published by FIFA.
7. Prize Distribution
Prizes will be credited to eligible winners' amana accounts within a reasonable period, typically 3-5 working days, following verification of eligibility and completion of internal compliance checks.
amana reserves the right to request additional information or documentation before awarding any prize.
8. Disqualification
amana reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
• Breaches these Terms and Conditions.
• Provides false or misleading information.
• Engages in fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, or suspicious activity.
• Attempts to circumvent the Promotion rules.
• Attempts to participate via multiple accounts for the same customer.
9. General
• Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• amana reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time where required by law, regulation, or operational necessity.
• All decisions made by amana regarding the Promotion are final.
• The Promotion is subject to applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which amana operates.
10. Risk Warning
Trading leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Participants should ensure they fully understand the risks involved before trading.
