It serves ordinary people, celebrities, opinion leaders, and other public figures or influencers, as well as media outlets, businesses, government agencies, charities, and other organizations. The company was formerly known as T.CN Corporation and changed its name to Weibo Corporation in 2012. The company was founded in 2009 and is based in Beijing, the People's Republic of China.
