The company has a strategic partnership with QuNu Labs Pvt. Ltd. for the development of quantum security and advanced network intelligence technologies. The company was formerly known as JDS Uniphase Corporation. Viavi Solutions Inc. was founded in 1923 and is headquartered in Chandler, Arizona.
