The company's RAS companion inhibitors include RMC-4630 that is in phase 2 clinical trial; RMC-5552, a selective inhibitor of mTORC1 signaling in tumors, which is in phase 1 clinical trial; and RMC-5845 that targets SOS1. Revolution Medicines, Inc. was incorporated in 2014 and is headquartered in Redwood City, California.
