It has a licensing agreement with AskGene to develop and commercialize VIS-101; collaborations with Bristol Myers Squibb for the development of givastomig; and license and collaboration agreement with AbbVie Ireland Unlimited Company for the development and commercialization of lemzoparlimab. The company was formerly known as I-Mab and change its name to NovaBridge Biosciences in October 2025. NovaBridge Biosciences was founded in 2014 and is headquartered in Rockville, Maryland.
