It has a license collaboration with Illumina, Inc.; Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center; the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center; the University of Rochester Medical Center; and Flatiron Health, Inc. The company has a strategic alliance with SOPHiA GENETICS SA for the development of liquid biopsy companion diagnostic (CDx) test. The company was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah.
