Further, the company holds real estate auctions; owns and manages commercial malls and residential complexes; establishes and manages real estate funds; invests surplus funds in financial and real estate portfolios; contributes to the development and management of infrastructure of areas and residential, commercial, and industrial projects using the Build-Operate-Transfer system. Additionally, it engages in investment in equities and real estate; operation of bakeries; and manufacturing and trading of food related items.
