The company's Managed Services segment offers housekeeping and cleaning, entertainment and amusement, and call center services, as well as operates as a travel agent. Its Property segment engages in the retail outlet complex leasing, real estate investment, and property rental businesses. The company also engages in the wholesale and retail distribution of general consumable products; sale of footwear and baby care products, and batteries; development and management of factories; and purchasing and leasing of ships; and clinical activities. In addition, it offers curb stones, interlock slabs, and cement bricks; office supplies, computer equipment, and automobile products trading; printing and laminating; administration consultancy and electronic study program; indoor and outdoor cleaning; property management and historical and archaeological; oil and gas field maintenance; and IT consultancy and software services, as well as glass reinforced pipes systems. The company was founded in 1964 and is based in Doha, Qatar. Aamal Company Q.P.S.C. is a subsidiary of Al Faisal Holding Company LLC.
