AFS Global Limited (hereafter referred to as the “The Company”) is offering a Weekly $1,000 Cash Giveaway (hereafter referred to as “Promotion”) to reward active traders (hereafter referred to as “Customers”) on the amana app.

By participating, Customers agree to comply with the Company’s Promotion Terms and Conditions outlined below.

1. Promotion Overview
   • The Promotion runs on a weekly basis, with one winner selected each week.
   • The draw takes place every Sunday, where one eligible participant is chosen at random.
   • Every Monday, the winner is announced and notified via email and/or in-app notification.
   • The winner receives $1,000 in cash, credited directly to their amana account.
   • The prize is credited as cash—available for withdrawal, or to be used for trading instantly.
   • The Promotion is ongoing (“always on”) and will continue until campaign funds are exhausted or until the Company announces otherwise.
2. How to Participate
   • The Promotion is open to all new and existing amana app Customers.
   • To qualify, Customers must:
     1. Maintain a minimum account account value of $1,000 or more;
     2. Execute at least one trade during the qualifying week.
        • Introducing Brokers (IBs) are not eligible to participate.
        • The Promotion applies exclusively to trading activity conducted on the amana app.
3. Prize Details
   • One Customer will be randomly selected each week to win a $1,000 cash prize.
   • The prize will be credited directly to the winner’s amana account.
   • The cash prize is fully withdrawable immediately after they win and may also be used for trading purposes.
4. Winner Announcement & Consent
   • The winner is announced every Monday via email and in-app notification.
   • By participating, Clients consent to the Company using their full name and nationality for winner announcements.
   • Announcements may appear on amana’s social media channels, emails, and internal communications.
   • No additional personal details will be shared.
5. General Terms
   • These Terms and Conditions form part of amana’s general client agreement.
   • The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at its sole discretion at any time.
   • Any attempts to manipulate, abuse, or engage in fraudulent activity related to the Promotion may result in disqualification.
   • The Company shall not be held liable for any technical issues, delays, or losses arising during participation or prize crediting.
   • This Promotion does not constitute financial advice. Clients participate at their own risk.
