AFS Global Limited (hereby referred to as 'The Company') offers the Cashback Rewards program to its clients (referred to as 'The Customer'). This program involves cashback rebates (referred to as 'Cashback Rewards') on trades.
1. Starting Date: This program commences on February 1st, 2024.
2. Eligibility: Individual Clients trading on amana retail spreads, excluding referral compensation, are eligible.
3. Multiple Accounts: If a Client holds multiple accounts with amana, they are eligible to accumulate Cashback Rewards across all these accounts. The total trading volume from all accounts under the Client's name will be considered for calculating Cashback Rewards.
4. Cashback rewards are applicable to app customers only.
5. Limitations:
a. Cashback rewards are capped at a maximum of $50,000 each month.
b. However, clients in this program are excluded from all other promotions, except the deposit bonus.
6. Trade Criteria: Trades that are opened and closed in 60 seconds or less are not eligible for Cashback Rewards.
7. Rebate Calculations: Cashback Rewards are calculated from the first day of each calendar month to the last day of each month. The minimal target volume must be achieved within this timeframe, regardless of when the Client started trading.
8. Rebate Processing: Upon achieving the target volume, Cashback Rewards are credited to the Client's trading account within 5 business days from the end of the calendar month.
9. Program Discretion:
a. The duration and conditions of the Cashback Rewards program are subject to change at amana's sole discretion.
b. Amana reserves the right to exclude or suspend participation for any reason.
10.Asset Classes: The Cashback Rewards program is applicable across FX, Commodities, Crypto, Indices, and Precious Metals.
11. IB clients are excluded from this promotion.
