Terms and Conditions

AFS Global Limited (hereafter referred to as the "The Company") offers a Weekly Trading Bonus Campaign in Ramadan to reward active traders (hereafter referred to as "Client") with a chance to win a $1,000 trading bonus (hereafter referred to as the "Trading Bonus") as per the below terms and conditions (hereafter referred to as the "TB Conditions").

By participating in this Trading Bonus Campaign, the Client agrees to comply with the TB conditions outlined below.


1. Campaign Overview

1.1. The Campaign starts on March 3, 2025, and will run for four weeks.

1.2. Two winners will be selected every week.

1.3. The raffle draws will take place on the following dates:

• Week 1 Winners: Friday, March 7, 2025
• Week 2 Winners: Friday, March 14, 2025
• Week 3 Winners: Friday, March 21, 2025
• Week 4 Winners: Friday, March 28, 2025

2. Eligibility

2.1. This Campaign is open to all clients who have an active trading account with the Company.

2.2. To qualify, the Client must make at least one trade between Monday and Thursday (starting March 3, 2025).

2.3. Every trade counts as a raffle ticket.

2.4. A Client who has won once will not be eligible to participate in future raffles during the Campaign period.


3. Winner Selection

3.1. Two Clients will be randomly selected every Friday from eligible participants.

3.2. The winners will be notified via email within 1-3 business days of the draw.

3.3. A Client can only win once. If a previous winner is drawn again, a new winner will be selected.


4. Bonus Details

4.1. Each winner will receive a $1,000 trading bonus in their trading account.

4.2. The bonus is non-withdrawable and can only be used for trading purposes.

4.3. Any profits made from trading with the bonus may be withdrawn, subject to the company's withdrawal terms and conditions.

4.4. The bonus will be credited to the winner's account within 1-3 working days after the announcement.

4.5. The company is not responsible for any delays caused by technical issues or account verification requirements.


5. General Terms

5.1. The TB Conditions are an integral part of The Company's terms and conditions.

5.2. By participating in this Campaign, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

5.3. Any attempts to manipulate or abuse the Campaign (e.g., fraudulent trading activities) may result in disqualification.

5.4. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at its sole discretion.


6. Liability & Disclaimer

6.1. The Company shall not be held liable for any losses incurred by the Client while using the bonus for trading.

6.2. This Campaign does not constitute financial advice, and the Client participates at their own risk.

6.3. Winners who wish to receive the bonus hereby allow amana to use their full name for the winner announcement. Winner announcement will be included on social media platforms as well as in amana's internal communication channels. The announcement will include the customer's full name and nationality. No other details will be provided.

6.4. amana reserves the right to withdraw the $1,000 trading bonus if the winner does not wish to provide their name for the announcement.
