The Veyer segment engages in the supply chain, distribution, procurement, and global sourcing operation and purchasing, as well as global sourcing operation in Asia. The ODP Corporation was formerly known as Office Depot, Inc. and changed its name to The ODP Corporation in June 2020. The ODP Corporation was founded in 1986 and is based in Boca Raton, Florida. As of December 10, 2025, The ODP Corporation operates as a subsidiary of ACR Ocean Resources LLC.
