Terms & conditions
AFS Global Ltd (hereafter referred to as "the Company") presents a Welcome Offer (hereafter referred to as the “Welcome Offer”) for new customers ("Customers") under these terms:
Account activation:
a.
Participants must download the Company’s application (amana app) and duly initiate the process to open an investment account therein.
Offer terms:
a.
A minimum deposit of $250 is requisite for eligibility in this offer.
b.
Participants must execute at least one trade involving any asset of their choice.
Promotional reward:
a.
On fulfillment of the offer terms, the Customer will become eligible for the 'Welcome Offer'.
b.
The Welcome Offer consists of a trading bonus equivalent to $100 in value.
c.
The trading bonus will be transferred to the customer’s account within 48 working hours post-trade execution.
d.
The trading bonus offered as a part of the Welcome Offer is non-withdrawable.
e.
The Trading Bonus is only granted for trading purposes and cannot be withdrawn or transferred between accounts. The Company will be entitled to remove/cancel the Trading Bonus before withdrawing the requested amount.
Promotion duration:
This Welcome Offer stands valid for a term of three months commencing from the launch date or until the allocated promotional budget is fully expended, whichever event occurs first.
Limitations on reward disbursement:
a.
The Welcome Offer is strictly limited to one trading bonus reward, valued at $100, per eligible Customer.
b.
The eligibility is determined based on distinct Customer attributes including, but not limited to, name, electronic mail correspondence, and KYC details.
c.
The Company retains the right, at its reasonable discretion to:

To decline the registration of any participant in the Welcome Offer.
•
Disqualify any participant in the Welcome Offer who tampers or attempts to tamper with the operations of the Trading Bonus or breaches these terms and/or any of Welcome Offer Conditions.
d.
Clients are entitled to benefit only once from the Bonus.
e.
The Bonus will be withdrawn from the account once the account meets the conditions to become a dormant account.
f.
The TB Conditions are an integral part of The Company’s terms and conditions.
g.
Taking part in the Trading Bonus program constitutes acceptance of the TB Conditions.
h.
Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms will be resolved by AFS Global in the manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned.
i.
Any indication or suspicion in the Company’s reasonable discretion, of any form of arbitrage, abuse, fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage connected to the Welcome Offer or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify all previously credited Welcome Offer. In these circumstances, the Company reserves the right at its reasonable discretion to close all such trading accounts.
The Customer is urged to comprehensively review these terms and provisions prior to engagement in the Welcome Offer.
